How does Nbnii work?

It's free to post a project, and it's also free for service providers to bid on the customer’s projects. The customer also has the option to hire insurance which gives them peace of mind. Finally, once the project is finished, customers have the opportunity to leave a review, making it easier to find good quality and trustworthy service providers for other customers.

How much does Nbnii cost?

Nbnii’s cost depends on the total price of the project and is only deducted when the customer has accepted the service provider’s quote. Up to 10,000AED - Nbnii’s commission 4% From 10,000AED to 100,000AED - Nbnii’s commission 3% From 100,000AED to 1,000,000AED - Nbnii’s commission 2% 1.000.000AED and more. - Nbnii’s commission 1%

What can Nbnii offer incase of an emergency?

In collaboration with our insurance partner, by purchasing insurance you can benefit from the Home Assistance Emergency Repair Service whenever an unexpected home emergency occurs. A team of professionals shall be sent to take care of your emergency and ensure your home is protected against further loss or damage from occurring. These services include locksmith services, glasswork services, electrical services, and plumbing services.
